Merry Christmas!
This year is almost over and Ludwig gets his final Update for 2011. In the last couple of weeks, we were working hard on the new themeworld windenergy. We´re really looking forward presenting this new themeworld to you in the first weeks of 2012! But for now, we want to publish an update for the existing themeworlds combustion and water power. We hope that all the minor and major bugfixes and enhancements will give you a great gameplay experience!

- enhanced objectinteraction
Ludwig doesn´t have to face objects exactly anymore to interact with them. It´s much easier now to collect items or use objects! - enhanced controls
Ludwig can controlled even more comfortable using just the keyboard. Of course the keyboard-mouse controls are still available. Just hold the right mousebutton to rotate the camera and steer Ludwig in any direction you want. - Missing english texts have been added to the themeworld water power.

Best Serious Game 2011
14. December 2011 | NewsAdd your commentOn December 7th, 2011 we were happy to receive a big award for Ludwig. In Düsseldorf, Germany, we were awarded for "Best Serious Game". The jury of the "Deutsche Entwicklerpreis 2011", which is held every year since 2004, had voted for us. So, now our little robot Ludwig is in a line with games like "Crysis 2" (Best Action Game), "Patrizier IV" (Best Strategy Game) and "Harveys neue Augen" (Best Adventure). Which is really cool!

Welcome to the first official english version of Ludwig!
As a user of the english version you benefit from the first update which includes some new features as well as many enhancements and bugfixes. If you have a previous version of Ludwig installed on your computer, please deinstall it and download the new Ludwig Launcher.
version highlights:
- Minimap incl. 4 stages of expansion
- Mini-Journal shows current tasks
- enhanced Ludwig Launcher
- new savegame system
- performance enhancements
- new features in gamemenu (ESC)
New Savegames! We had to change the coremechanic of the online savegame system in order to enable future updates on the system without any dataloss. Because of these major changes, the savegames created with version 0.1 are not valid anymore, so they have been removed from the server.
