We´re happy to present you a brand new - and so far the biggest - update. In Ludwig version 0.4 we included not only numerous bugfixes and improvements, but also a whole new themeworld!

Many new quests await you in the new themeworld "Wind Energy". Get yourself warm cloths, because Ludwig is getting into heavy weather! Research and build new and usefull gadgets. Explore how to generate energy from wind. See how the thrilling story of Ludwigs adventure on earth continues...

HOW TO UPDATE LUDWIG

The easiest way of updating Ludwig to version 0.4 is to follow these three steps:

  1. Deinstall Ludwig completely from your computer.
  2. Download (http://www.playludwig.com/en/download) and install the game.
  3. Choose among the included standard savegames or start a new game.
 
We made several changes "under the hood" of Ludwig. Here are the most important changes:
  • All gamedata is now downloaded and stored in the installation directory of Ludwig (default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Ludwig).
  • The new Ludwig Launcher (version 1.6) fixes some connectivity problems and provides a connection- and systemtest (in case you have any problems).
  • The new savegame system makes all old savegames invalid. But don´t panic! We included a huge number of savegames you can choose from. Every main quest in the game has it´s own savegame.
